Anyways everyone had a wonderful time and we got to share some of our different Christmas traditions. I made a turkey and some good old American sweet potatoes and green bean casserole! Sarah and Mark are British and they brought minced pies, Scottish shortbread, trifle, English Christmas pudding. Sarah and Marcelle both brought Christmas crackers that we opened. (click on Christmas Cracker if you don't know what that is)
Marcelle brought two amazing side dishes one with grilled Halumi cheese on top that was to die for! She is South African so her traditional Christmas dinner would involve BBQing by the pool since it would be the middle of summer for them!
The kids had a blast playing together. Here is a picture of the girls:

It really was an amazing day, one that we will remember forever. We feel so blessed to have such amazing friends here. We will miss them dearly.
