My little boy is FIVE! How can that be? I really don't know where the time goes.
Calvin had a wonderful birthday. We took cupcakes in to school for him to share with his friends and his friend Gwyneth even gave him a gift after school.

Ryan and I got him a new Wii game called Big Brain Academy.

My parents bought him an "Incredibles" game for his Leapster, which pretty much brought the gift opening to a grinding halt.

Once we were able to peel him away from that, he opened two Star Wars Bobble Heads from Grama and Grampoly.

My sister sent him a couple really cool shirts that he couldn't wait to put on.

Thanks a lot Mom! I am hearing that thing in my sleep now. He never stops opening it!
Then our friends Anita, Stewart and their daughter Sydney came over for Tacos and Cake. They bought Calvin (or Daddy??) Mario Kart for the Wii. Guess what Ryan is doing right now????
Back to the birthday festivities. Calvin had requested a green Yoda cake. So I did the best I could to make that happen.

Note the SEVERAL pieces of cake on Calvin's plate. He requested to have ALL of the light saber! He's the birthday boy so he gets ALL the light saber!

It really was a fun day. He loved all his presents and was so proud to take his cupcakes to school and have all his friends tell him Happy Birthday. We missed all our family, but most of them did get to talk to Calvin at least. Overall a great Day!
